Our Story
Hi, I’m Gina, mom of two (soon to be three!), happy wife, certified pediatric sleep consultant, newborn care specialist, and a Life Coach with a degree in psychology.
When my first baby was born, everything felt overwhelming—especially helping her sleep. She had spent nine months safe and snug in my belly, and the thought of her adjusting to the outside world was daunting. How could we help her transition smoothly? How could we all get the rest we desperately needed?
My husband and I were determined to figure it out. Together, as a team, we immersed ourselves in learning everything about baby sleep. Slowly but surely, with patience and the right tools, we helped her sleep soundly, and our lives changed for the better.
When our second baby arrived just 16 months later, we were no longer overwhelmed. Although no two babies are exactly the same, we had the knowledge, tools, and the confidence to help her sleep too! Our journey transformed our family and lit a fire within me to help other parents who were struggling just like we did.
For the past two years, I have been helping families sleep better! Now, I am here to guide you through it. I understand the exhaustion, the overwhelm, and the desperate need for rest.
